USES & BENEFITS
Add to homemade bath soaks, body scrubs, and massage oils
Create poultices or compresses for sore muscles and joints
Make mustard seed tea or tinctures to aid respiratory health
Use as a base for homemade mustard plasters or packs
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Poultice: Grind 100g of seeds and add warm water to form a thick paste. Add this paste to a cloth and place on the affected area. Leave on for 1 minute (not longer than 3 mins) then remove. If necessary, you can soothe the skin by applying olive oil to the affected area.
Infusion: Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 tsp of finely crushed seeds. Let infuse for 5 minutes before consuming. The recommended dosage is up to (but not exceeding) 3 cups a day.
In the kitchen: Just a pinch of these potent seeds goes a long way toward enhancing the flavours in your cooking.
